The latest Step Four weekend was held at Cratfield from 8th - 10th March 2019. This course completes the quartet of 'Steps'. During the weekend we considered what our emotional 'stance' is, that is our instinctive response to people and situations, and how that stance was formed during our early years. We then discovered how we can change our stance by examining how our introvert temperament views our extrovert and adjusting that view where necessary. John introduced the concepts of how to bring the introvert to maturity, where that hadn't happened in childhood, and grow in confidence thus enabling it to become our 'loving leader'.
The majority of people who attended the course have journeyed together through Steps One to Three, with those joining part-way through being warmly welcomed. It is a caring and supportive group with high levels of trust and openness - and a genuine enjoyment of each other's company.
