There is nothing worse than seeing someone you care about struggling with mental or emotional health issues and feeling powerless to offer anything constructive. The purpose of this course is to provide you with an understanding of some of the underlying causes and to equip you with the knowledge that will enable you to give valuable support. We will give insights into how we can help others go beyond simply coping and, in many cases, move into a place of real freedom. It will be important for you to have completed at least Steps One to Three of the ‘Understanding Yourself’ courses, and preferably Step Four as well. The reason is that the insights we have gained from those courses help in so many practical situations.
