In the first three Steps we shared a range of concepts that many people have found to be very helpful. Those insights are pushed much further in Step Four. The value of the ideas shared so far is that they open doors into understanding why we think and feel the way we do – and therefore how we can change the way we think, feel and behave. In this course, we will look at the inner workings of those concepts and give ourselves an even greater opportunity to make fundamental changes in the way we live our lives. Everything you have already found helpful will be unpacked and applied more fully.
