In the first three Steps we shared a range of concepts that many people found to be very helpful. Now we are going to push those insights much further. The value of the ideas shared so far is that they open doors into understanding why we think and feel the way we do – and therefore how we can change the way we think, feel and behave. In this course, we will look at the inner workings of those concepts and give ourselves an even greater opportunity to make fundamental changes in the way we live our lives. Everything you have already found helpful will be unpacked and applied more fully.
Course content
This course contains the best of previous Steps Four and Five. The material has been re-worked and new material added. It completes the quartet of Steps and as such attempts to ‘nail down’ the concepts shared throughout the previous courses. Those who have attended all the previous courses will still find this helpful.
During the weekend we will discover -
The power of our inner stance – and how to change it
The importance of living in our introvert and how to achieve this
How to make each temperament ingredient work for us – not against us
Course programme
The course runs from 6.00pm on Friday, with refreshments and introductions at 5.45pm, ready for a prompt 6.00pm start and concludes at 5.00pm on Sunday. The course is delivered through teaching sessions, sharing experiences, drama and interactive sessions which provide the opportunity for one-to-one conversation as well as group discussion. The Saturday afternoon provides an opportunity to walk in the beautiful Suffolk countryside and an invitation is given to attend Halesworth Community Church on Sunday morning.
Residential accommodation and meals are provided in four-star holiday cottages on a small family farm set in the heart of rural Suffolk. As this is a residential weekend, guests will be sharing the cottages. We enjoy a fish and chip supper on Friday evening and farmhouse cooking is served throughout the weekend. The cost for the weekend is £220 per couple and £130 for an individual, which can be paid in instalments. However if the cost would prevent you from attending the weekend please contact us.
